And at the recent White House Picnic, it wasn\u2019t Trump who stole the show \u2014 it was the First Lady.<\/strong><\/p>\n

With summer just around the corner, First Lady\u00a0Melania Trump\u00a0stepped back into the spotlight on June 12 \u2014 turning heads as she joined crowds for the 2025 Congressional Picnic. The famously private wife of President Trump surprised many with her appearance, marking one of her rare outings this year.<\/p>\n

The 55-year-old former model made a rare appearance on the South Lawn for the annual gathering and was immediately praised by her husband, who\u00a0told\u00a0the crowd:<\/p>\n

\u201cI want to thank our magnificent First Lady for putting together this wonderful evening.\u201d<\/p>\n

ypically known for her private nature and fierce protection of her son Barron\u2019s privacy, Melania was seen smiling in a crisp white blouse and bold floral slacks as she mingled with attendees.<\/p>\n

According to\u00a0USA Today, Melania greeted guests at the event wearing floral cotton jacquard pants by Dolce & Gabbana and pink suede pumps from Manolo Blahnik \u2014an effortlessly chic summer combo that didn\u2019t go unnoticed.<\/p>\n

Later that day, she was photographed chatting with people \u2014 and the images quickly made the rounds online and sparked a heated social media debate.<\/p>\n

Some internet users raved about her fresh appearance, with\u00a0one writing: \u201cMelania is 100% Class! Trump and Melania are the perfect couple that all lovebirds should emulate.\u201d Another added, \u201cTonight might have been the best I\u2019ve seen Melania look. Hair was on point. [Her] Dress was simple yet elegant. Smiling as always. 10\/10.\u201d<\/p>\n

But not everyone was as complimentary.<\/p>\n

The phrase \u201cIs That\u00a0Bruce Jenner?\u201d trended shortly after images from the event were shared. Critics flooded social media, with some suggesting Melania\u2019s new look bore an uncanny resemblance to Caitlyn Jenner, formerly Bruce. \u201cAt first glance, thought I saw Caitlyn Jenner\u2026\u201d one Facebook user remarked.<\/p>\n

This isn\u2019t the first time that comparison has made headlines.<\/p>\n

One Instagram account resurfaced old photos of Caitlyn post-transition alongside pictures of Melania, prompting comments like, \u201cMelania and Bruce Jenner look surprisingly similar,\u201d and, \u201cThey DO look alike. How weird. I\u2019ve always thought Melania looks\u2026.husky. Not soft or feminine, and certainly not sweet. She has a masculine quality, and the facial structures are similar. It\u2019s true.\u201d<\/p>\n

However, others pushed back fiercely against that claim. One person replied bluntly, \u201cMelania looks NOTHING like Bruce Jenner!\u201d while another simply said, \u201cOh p*ss off.\u201d<\/p>\n

The president, for his part, continued showering her with praise \u2014 not just for her looks but also for her recent work on legislation.<\/p>\n

During his speech, Trump referenced her involvement in the\u00a0Take It Down Act<\/em>, a bill focused on removing nonconsensual explicit content online: \u201cI want to thank you Melania and thank you everybody out there. When I saw that bill passed bipartisan, I said \u2018You know, I think you\u2019re going to take my job.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
